Super friendly staff! They're also helping me save my liver by helping me get off pain mess for my back. They're really helpful and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that I got to be place here instead of anywhere else by insurance. Seriously if you have a choice push for these guys!

I had been to another Physical therapy for my neck few years back and felt like it was a waste of my time since I had to take off from my busy Family Practice. So I came to Sentara center with a negative feeling when I was referred by Spine center . This is the best Therapy center. All the people from receptionist onwards are extremely friendly and helpful Physical Therapists are very knowledgeable and examine properly and assess the particular regions which gives me pain. Being a Physician I have to admit that my spine surgeon only looked at my MRI scan and recommended treatment plan without examining me(I was really disappointed). When Physical therapy was recommended I chose Belle Harbour because it was very close to my home. Also I never wanted to go to previous Physical Therapy center I went. I am improving gradually with the hard work of Physical therapists at Sentara. I just want to thank you for having such excellent therapists who are kind ,helpful and very knowledgeable in their field.nThankam Pillai,MD

I asked how much is the visit..the response..no payment now. This is how it really is.nVisit 1n15 min exercise $152nPT. Eval low com complex 20 min $357nManual ExerciseTherapy $163nnI came for 2 visits. I was hurting so much. I was desperate. I beleived I was getting an evaluation. I never made it to the main room floor. I was billed as if I had extesive therapy... over $1200. I dont even know what they diagnosed me with. I believe patients should be informed of charges. I asked my insurance and the office. Neither was forthcoming.I am so dissatisfied. I did not benefit..they did.
