Best PT group around! Heather and her amazing staff are professional, caring, and friendly. They provide exceptional and quality care while also offering a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They are thorough and knowledgeable, and I couldn’t recommend a better practice and group of incredible people for your physical therapy needs. You will start as a patient, but leave as a friend!

I think every member of my family sees Heather and crew (Marcus is awesome) and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else in Tidewater for physical therapy needs. If you’re looking for friendly and accommodating yet professional, knowledgeable and effective, look no further. I have been to several facilities before being referred to Southeastern PT and I will not ever need to look again. They offer flexible appointment options and they actually see you ON TIME! Heather has seen me for different issues over the past few years and she has always listened empathetically and created plans to help me reach my goals. I hardly ever post reviews, but they deserve to be recognized for the amazing job they do helping people feel their best after injury or other diagnosis.

The staff from the front to the back is awesome!! Heather has created an awesome atmosphere for rehab! The care, attention and knowledge that Heather and her staff provide is consistent, thorough and hands on! They are always willing to adjust schedules when necessary and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs over their schedule. This is the first and only choice for our family!

Southeastern Physical Therapy is by far the most comfortable noncongested physical therapy office I have been to. Heather made sure my injury was measured abd I was back to 100 percent functioning. Steven gives the best hands on therapy. Marcus made me work until i reached my goal. And Kayla is the sweetest person to greet me every time I walked in. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and I had so much fun working with them. THANK YOU SPT!!❤
