Used Schrock for our family trip to New York City this year and their attention to detail and consideration to the safety of the guests was incredible! Even though there was a slight delay in leaving for our field trip I have to acknowledge that the drivers were sincere and they really do love their job I'm very pleased to get the chance to use this company again. I have traveled with them multiple times and have never had any issues with disrespect or filthiness or anything that would make my travel on the bus uncomfortable. Thank you so much for making our trip comfortable even though there was a slight delay.

I don't like assigned seats. I had never been on a bus trip with such.. Other than that enjoyable trip.
My trip was cancelled and I still have not received my refund. I have made several call attempts a couple times a week and no call has been returned.
