My bill this month is $445. They claim I used 21 thousand gallons. My bill last month was $396. I don't own a pool, don't even shower every day. My meter has been checked by the city and they insist it's working properly. My math says I'm using 700 gallons of water a day. I'm gone for half of that day at work. Something isn't adding up. When I called the city, it's almost as if they're used to those kinds of complaints and suggested I check for leaks. None found. This is insane.

They make setting up an account ridiculously difficult if you're renting a house...

Phone number is saying no longer in service...which means I have to drive all the way from Front Royal to Winchester just to get application papers for service setup. Just update your number.
