For some reason, the trash pick up people skipped over our trash for two weeks in a row (took all the neighbors' trash, tho). I called to speak to Mike (apparently the person to call for refuse issues) left messages and never got a call back. Yesterday, the trash men picked a few bags out of both my trash cans and left all the rest. Cannot get a call back or a reason, and so for this I leave a one star. Would leave zero if I could.
