Just stopped in to get some new food for our beagle that’s experiencing some painful digestive issues. Sherry immediately jumped into help and was PHENOMENAL!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet - down right amazing. I have every confidence in Sherry's knowledge and recommendations! She put me at ease and was more helpful than the vet’s office!! From one beagle mama to another, THANK YOU, SHERRY!!!!

This is a great location for fast and friendly service. They offer a diverse range of pets from fish to reptiles. A dog can also be bathed. I pay 15 dollars to wash my shepherd husky. Heads up: they do require a copy of rabies vaccination. I had a copy e-mailed to me and I sent it to the rep I registered with before my dog was bathed.

Let our pet run around off the leash at this fine establishment and he had a blast! Didn't know my python would love the taste of parrots!

They are very nice people and have helped me when I needed the help. Sadly, their yin and tang3 guppies are not the healthiest. I have gotten 3 fish from here and all have died within a week. They said my water was perfect for my fish and were confused when I said they died. They gave me one new fish(for when the first one died) and gave me a refund for the next. I suggest going there if you want to interact with very kind peoppe when you need help, but dont get the yin-yang guppies.

We were recommended by someone close to our family that is a tremendous animal lover. And I can truly say I was impressed by Katlyn the associate at your Winchester, VA store. She took detailed time on the phone before meeting my mother and I regarding my sweet little sister Missy the Yorkie. Then when we came over She was polite ,friendly and well knowledge on all types of products. The customer service was way and beyond. My mother and I felt very satisfied with the services. Pleasant experience too!!! The other associates were sweet too.
