Amazing store. Great knowledgeable staff. They always have what we need or they will try to get it! Would rather spend my money here than a big pet store any day!
They have a great selection of fish and some soft furry critters. The staff is very helpful. The only thing that makes me hesitate going in is that they don't require masks. It's not worth taking a chance when it's busy and one can't socially distance.
Love this place. However the owner or manager petite chic and her husband are pretty standoffish. Not quite rude, not quite snobby, yet something extremely unlikeable. If there were a similar non chain pet store within 40 miles, they would probably loose my patronage. Just sayin..
When I walked in I was amazed. I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere. I was helped by Brandon. He is was very nice and walked with me to show me what I was looking for and asked if I had any questions. He was able to answer ALL of my questions. I would recommend asking for Brandon. He will male sure you are buying what's best for your pet. I will definitely be going back.
Had exactly what I was looking for. Best dog food every, which I was only able to find at Noah's Ark when it was open. Have had to order online only. So glad to know I can shop locally.
