This school denied me for being agnostic after I put it on my application. The letter claimed they “could not offer admission at this time.” and that they would “reconsider with more academic information.” What a lie, because I submitted all of my academic information.nnSo, do not apply here if you are agnostic or atheist, because they will deny you. This is due to their affiliation with Church of The Brethren. They claim to be tolerant with their clubs and campus, but this is a lie.nnThe tour was great and very informative. However, I was not able to do the outside tour because it closed at 11.
Campus Tour! Small campus. Those we encountered were friendly. Our student guide was good. He was knowledgeable and listened and answered our questions thoroughly. Like the campus size! Small enough for students to walk to all their classrooms. Class size average 18 to 1. Gymnasium was about the size of an high school gym. Which was good fir me in the sense that the school isn't concentrated on sports versus education. My son stated he could wake up half asleep and still make it to class lol. Dorms average like most colleges. There is no out of state tuition cost and they offer scholarships and grants to over 99 % of students.
Our son had a great visit at Bridgewater College. The campus is beautiful and the facilities are excellent.
