Booked this hotel for My family. We were desperate. When we got there it smelled like cigarette smoke. We had the keys for 3 hours and decided we could not stay there with our 4 children. My husband tried to get a refund and we were told no. (We spent all of 5 minutes because we had an appointment. Finally at 8pm we got a phone call that they would refund one day.
Always comfortable, clean, well priced! Staff is kind and helpful! We will stay here probably every time we're in Hampton Roads!
Everything was great minus being followed and harassed by the local police department... Apparently not to my knowledge a lot of drug activity takes place there..?? I did not see or notice anything like that my stay was great.
Had 3 hotel rooms and was able to walk to em bacc and forth without management questioning me
PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE BEDBUGS‼ufe0f I HAD A TWO-NIGHT STAY FOR $130 THE FIRST NIGHT I CAME IN AT ABOUT 6 P.M. AND WAS AWAKENED BY ITCHING AND BURNING, I PULLED BACK THE BED SHEETS AND SAW THAT THERE WERE MULTIPLE BED BUGS CRAWLING around on me I went to the front desk immediately only to be told that there was no manager and to call back the next day I left and went to the hospital and called after to see whether I was going to be refunded, I was refunded for one day and for the other day the manager told me that I would have to have called the health department on him in order to get my money back knowing in the middle of the corona pandemic get the health department is closed
