Jayme Price, Store Manager Mattress Firm, downtown Suffolk really provides customer service that goes the extra mile, y'all! I placed a web order, one of my mattress orders was discontinued, the other was too long for the bunk beds. I was not able to get online help after several attempts. In desperation, I called the store. Jayme was with a guest (don't you love that?) and promised to call back. She did and I explained my dilemma. Could not have been an hour later, give or take and she fixed everything and I received a full credit. My boyfriend bought a Q-size adjustable bed and his experience was great. Nice lady, bought a mattress 10 minutes after walking in the first place I went to. Got a good deal on a quality mattress with no nonsense. I’m very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated. Sales representative was friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The delivery was expedient and we appreciated the armed service's veteran's discount that was applied. As a second-time, satisfied patron, i do recommend highly for all of your mattress needs at a price and quality brands of that is fair.
