Upon entering Mattress Firm, we were greeted by Damon (Suffolk), a very professional young man. He asked us a few questions to better assist and directed us to the mattresses best suited to our request. He was very knowledgeable in answering all our questions, which lead us to purchase Jennings Beautyrest Black Hybrid Mattress. The paperwork was quick uncomplicated, just how we like it!

Excelent experience! Jamie was knowledgeable about products, helpful in making selection, allow time for my wife & I to talk, try mattresses & make a decision, & answered all our questions.. The store was clean & sanitized & I felt safe shopping there. Fianceing was a breeze! We are very pleased with our matress. We give this Mattress Firm 5 stars!

I had one day to get two beds, had to go to two different mattress firms but each one was within a half a mile of each other. Both sales people extremely helpful and had exactly what I needed. Very satisfied customer.
