They employee was very nice that helped me out and answers all my questions but I just feel their prices are ridiculously high. Especially during the time it is at this moment and the pack of employment and money being tight. It's just too expensive

I understand that it's a pandemic. I ordered my $2000 5piece bedroom set with a built in Blue tooth radio in January of 2021. I was told that it will take 12 weeks for my furniture to arrive and remember this is due to covid-19. March 15th gets here and leaves. I didn't receive a phone call from them to let me know what was going on so I called them. It looks like your furniture hasn't arrived. It will now be April 6, so almost 4 months is really not worth the wait. So I told them if my items aren't here by April 6 they can refund me. I will go buy another bedroom set and get everything delivered the next day this is an inconvenience. I don't think I will order anything else from this company.

I had purchased furniture from Grand in the past. A living room set, bedroom set, and dining set in 2010. Also, In 2016 I purchased a bunk bed set with mattresses. I was very pleased with both purchases. I recently purchased two bedrooms sets in April of this year 2020. Within the first week the dresser and mirror set completely fell apart in one of the bed rooms. I had to have someone come out twice to fix the issue just for them to tell me it was a manufacturing defect. Now today August 26, 2020 on the other bed set the wooden bed rails along with the siding snapped. I have never seen nothing like it. It's as if Fisher- Price is making their furniture now. I'm not sure what's going on with Grand and their Furniture, but they really need to get it together before they lose a valuable customer.
