I guess they help their customers that are in the store, when they aren’t pretending to be closed (not having the open sign on) and maybe it will work out if you do your contract in store? I ordered a bedroom set online and it’s been sitting at this Aaron’s for almost 2 weeks now. They have excuse after excuse of why they can’t deliver it and when I tried to pick it up myself (on Friday) I was told that ‘only the GM can authorize pick up and that they were off and wouldn’t be in until Monday’ .. they didn’t even offer to try and contact the GM, my items were supposed to be delivered on Friday and they didn’t even try to fit me in on Saturday. Their customer service is terrible, it’s like they don’t want to sell anything.

How is it when you are late on a payment, you get worried to death but when you have paid off accounts several times and they owe you money back. You get the run around. I have never seen someone who suppose to be a store manager but can’t override anything in the system. Customer service is not good at all. And I am still waiting on my certificate for paying my account off as well as my money back THAT YOU’LL OWE me and won’t stop until I get it. Know try and draft another payment from me next month smh

Bad customer service from young girl at front desk , tried to make it seem like we were broke by asking are we able to afford furniture instead of just asking for pay stubs. If we weren’t able to buy furniture we would not have came to the store in the first place.
