I wish I could post a pic of the red roses my husband paid for he paid $113 for 10 roses ud83cudf39 I wish I could add a picture ..... Walmart’s flowers look better than this!!!!!!! wish I could give zero stars.... my husband ordered a huge bouquet of flowers for our anniversary and since he’s out of state (work) he mentioned to them that I work nights (7pm -7am) I was home all day waiting for the flowers —- it finally arrived right before I left for work 645pm . What horrible customer service, I heard a knock on the door and the guy left the flowers on the ground and left before I even opened the door . Never again please do yourself a favor and order someone else ... needless to say my day was ruined since I couldn’t go anywhere allllll day.

Our sister was in the hospital here, we live in NY and we ordered her flowers from. When we got here to visit with her days later we were thrilled with the arrangement! ud83eudd17All the hospital staff and visitors commented on it. We loved it so much we are on our way to order the same one for her funeral.ud83dude22

I Dont usually give low ratings. I am frustrated with this company's customer service. I called and asked for a bouquet delivery. I was told to wait and was placed on hold. I waited on hold about 5 minutes and the call was disconnected. I figured that I lost service, and called again. It sounded as though the phone was answered and then promptly hung up. I thought it was weird, so I called one last time. This time, the phone was immediately answered with a large sigh and they stated the business name. I told them I lost connection and without saying a word they placed me on hold again. I will say this, It is the day before Valentines Day in the afternoon. I am currently fast cruising (simulating an underway) on board a ship, and have not had the time or capability to order anything for my wife. I will still be fast cruising on Valentines Day tomorrow. If they do not have the capability of completing my order I feel they should respectfully decline my request. This would be much more respectful than passive aggressive phone tag and hold placing. Perhaps the customer service operator was having a bad day, but if anyone else has recieved service like this I recommend making it known so the company may take the corrective action required to improve their customer service.

I would not order from this company. My husband ordered flowers from this company for me for Valentine's Day (which is today). They were suppose to deliver the flowers to me at work by 4pm. To make sure his order was correct he asked the clerk if the order was going to be delivered before 4pm. She said yes it will. My order was NOT DELIVERED TO ME. If you want flowers to actually be delivered to your loved one...ORDER FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!! My husband called several times and the phone rung and there was no answer from 2:30pm until 4pm. I did not want to give a star at all to this company.
