The Sunflower Florist is amazing!! I ordered a dozen tulips for Valentine’s Day as a bit of a change from the traditional roses and when I arrived on Valentine’s Day morning, my order was ready to pick up right on time as promised. Unfortunately, I wasn’t truly satisfied with my bouquet, but I honestly feel this was my fault for misunderstanding exactly what I had ordered and had nothing to do with the quality of the arrangement.nnI paid for the bouquet and left the store, only to return a few minutes later. I tried my best to explain the bouquet wasn’t really what I was expecting and asked if it would be possible to swap it out for a dozen roses. The staff was absolutely amazing in accommodating my request (right in the middle of the Valentine’s Day rush) and I was back out the door in less than five minutes. To top it all off, they didn’t charge me anything for the exchange!nnNeedless to say, I am extremely happy with the outstanding customer service and the beautiful bouquet I received from The Sunflower Florist. They have absolutely earned my business for many years to come and I highly recommend them for any and every floral occasion!
Yes I happened to find them. I needed to fix my plant. Is a house plant and I was taking it outside for direct sun and I was not supposed to so they gave it a treatment and she looks better already. I can't wait for her to get back to the way she was. It is looking promising. Thank you the guys there really knows about about plants. Very helpful and friendly
I live in Richmond, VA but I have plenty of family in the Hampton Roads area, I usually purchase flowers in Richmond and hit the road to hand deliver. Unfortunately due to the pandemic I have not been unable to do so, but after researching and finding the Sunflower Florist, I know my family will be delivered beautiful arrangements that I would hand pick myself! The arrangements and customer service communication has been so amazing that I wish there was a Richmond location.
To say THANK YOU would be an understatement!!! Do you know how hard it was to find a florist to do flowers this year so close to Christmas? I think I started a week are so before Christmas, I had a friends in the Norfolk area that I really wanted to send flowers to for Christmas just to put a smile on his face. This year has been a hard one for so many. The florist here in Northern Virginia had stop taking orders but did give me some phone numbers for the Norfolk area. I must have called 6 florists who then gave me another phone number till The Sunflower Florist said YES we can take your order. Thank you Annette so very much for your help in getting this order placed and sent to my friend. He was over joyed and so happy. That arrangement helped to brighten his day more then you know!!! Thanks for taking the time and for making this happen. You really took on the meaning of Christmas for me this year and I can not begin to THANK YOU for what you did for me to make this year special for my friend!!!nLinda Lilly
I stopped by Sunflower pretty much on a whim last Friday, and asked them to make a couple of short-ish table arrangements to pick up the next day for our Easter dinner. I also showed them my favorites from their existing arrangements. When I came back the next day, I was completely delighted with the arrangements they had made for me - almost couldn't believe how perfect they were. I'm sharing a few cropped down pictures from Easter day, but the full pictures show just how well they completed the whole scene to create a beautiful festive atmosphere. Our guests were wowed too, and super happy when we sent them home with one of the arrangements. Thankyou, Sunflower!!!
