First-the delivery driver leave the flowers on its side on the patio, even though I was standing in the backyard and he had walked around to say that he was delivering. Then I immediately called the store because several flowers were wilted and brown edges, about 35% of the arrangement. I was told I would get a callback. Two days later I called again and some gentlemen – and I use that term loosely – states I need to bring the flowers back. What is the point of delivery if I have to drive to your office to give you dead flowers? I offered to send photos the moment of delivery. He then states well flowers are perishable items aren’t they? I agreed yes but in all my years of receiving and sending flowers I’ve never had them show up already dead? So he goes back-and-forth from saying well you can take pictures and send in a complaint but we are going to do anything because we do beautiful work. Then he continues that they are struggling to stay afloat, as if that allows the excuse of sending out dead flowers in a really poor arrangement? I’ve never had a bad delivery from any flower facility anywhere in the country as I’ve lived several places and been sending and receiving flowers for many years.nDo not recommend. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but to not own it? Or try to say you are struggling to stay afloat right after claiming the reason you didn’t respond to my immediate contact is because you are so busy? Perhaps if you are ‘struggling to stay afloat’ it’s because aside from sending wilting, already dying arrangements, your customer service skills and ability to own your error, don’t exist. I’d give zero stars but it wasn’t an option. I expect the guy I spoke to, to give a response here that is just as unaccountable and unprofessional as the one he gave me.
