This company and technician were fantastic! I have American Home Shield (do NOT recommend) and had to find my own provider for a water heater repair. This company came out the day after I requested assistance and diagnosed/fixed the issue within 2 hours. When my old water heater finally gives out I will definitely be working with this company again to install the new one.

Called Tim on July 2 for a leak that we had. Tim told us he could get our parts in the next day. Tim texted me that my parts was ordered on July 6 and they should come in the next day and he would call to setup an appointment with us. July 8 still haven’t heard anything from Tim so I texted him again. Tim told me this time that he had been around someone that tested positive for the Covid-19 and would have to self quarantine himself. Then on July 14 Tim said that he was on vacation. Tim texted me again on July 22 to tell me that TJ could come out this morning or tomorrow. I texted back at 9 am today would be good. Tim didn’t text me back so I texted him back around 11:34 to see what time they would come today. Tim told me they are all booked up for the day and would be tomorrow before they could get to me. They should’ve had me already on the schedule. I called someone els. I’m done with Tim Campbell’s plumbing he is very unprofessional. I feel if he had other guys working with him that he could’ve sent one of them out sooner then having us wait 4 weeks to have our plumbing fixed. They may have been in business for over 100 years but this generation isn’t professional in my opinion.

I needed a new water heater and Campbell’s Plumbing was recommended to me. I could not have been more pleased. They came took the old one out, put the new one in and took the old one away for me. The price was reasonable and the service was great! They left no mess either, I like that too. Yes, I would recommend Campbell’s Plumbing from my day perience:)
