I had a great experience doing business with these guys! I initially had an appointment to check the sink disposal and get it going again, but wanted the service specialist to check on my hot water heater too as we never had as much hot water as we would like for showers and such. Jesse quickly diagnosed that we had one of the heating elements burned out and gave us a reasonable quote for repair. He also suggested that due to having a smallish hot water heater tank, we might consider upgrading the whole thing with a higher capacity tank or a tankless system. We got quotes for both options and in the end decided to do a major upgrade and go tankless. They did the entire project in one day, we had hot water by the time my wife and I get home from work! And my goodness did we not realize how nice it is to take long showers with no moratorium on the heat! Thank you Jesse and team for your hard work, we will call you again for all our plumbing needs!
Jesse Green was fantastic to work with, and our only regret was not calling him sooner. He worked with a sense of urgency to help us fix our Noritz tankless water heater. As a certified servicer of the brand, we have peace of mind that our problem is fixed and done so correctly. We will definitely be keeping him in our notes for any other plumbing needs we have or can refer out to him.
