I have never waited less than an hour for an appointment. I kept coming because it was the most convenient location for me, but know they can't even keep their physicians for more than 2 years. Make rhe drive to anywhere else.

Do not go here! I saw Dr. Serem, and I really liked her. However, the front office staff is why I would never return. Very unorganized & unprofessional. Nobody calls you back when you leave a message, ever. I understand a practice can run behind..but they are never on time. One time I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I witnessed Rebecca (the receptionist) being very irritated by the phone ringing in the office & even talking rudely about a patient on the phone to another staff member. I had issues with receiving confirmation calls.

This office is a disaster. Don't waste your time. Been going here for several years and seems like when Colleen Naumann and Cathy left, the whole office went down the drain. Complete waste of time and money. Front desk staff is clueless and either untrained or just plain don't care. Their lack of concern and communication here is insane.

This was my first visit here at this Family Practice I had transferred from another Family Practice and the Tricare Clinic didn’t have any openings for new patients. I saw Dr Sereem. I had read some mix reviews about her in the reviews but in all honesty I don’t have any negative things to say about her. She had very good beside manners a really professional attitude and she seemed very confident in what she was doing. She was also very helpful in answering any questions or concerns I may have had. The front staff was polite and professional as well. All in all it seems like a pretty good family practice thus far.
