A Clerk tested positive for COVID 19 at this court. Be very careful with your life going to Chesapeake municipal center and courts. The circuit court employees fail to keep on mask and social distance.

If you are a father you’ll need more than just luck! Get a good attorney or just be ready to appeal, You will not get a fair decision. My children’s court appointed Guardian’s employee was friends with my ex wife ud83dude33 He sat in during my second and last visit with the guardian. I didn’t know he was my ex wife’s friend until after the fact.

Judge Whitted acknowledged the father of my child and I had a toxic relationship but refused to help or require counseling. Instead he suggested we get our failies to mediate as if that is thier responsibility or that we havent tried that already. Meanwhile the child involves isn't being considered for the nest possible outcome. A joke. Then he threatened to send us to jail if we come back to court. He acted as if we were bothering him with our problems

I filed paper work in July it's now august they said the turn around time for court date is 90 days it's been about 120 days there under staffed and probably under paid which may be why there attitudes mess up I have been here at least once a week since about October 20th no help I called today to ask what the process was; the process was explained. then I asked who can i talk to get results they told me to write a letter to judge well thanks I guess better late then never huh it's messed up because as many times as light skin lady and big dark skinned lady have seen me in there trying to get my son they could of been told me to write a letter but the judicial system don't care about a man's rights when it comes to parenting mean while my son's mom moved out of state and violated our court order and these non helpful employed humans collecting a check and not helping people out
