Online payment system down for weeks, it's so inconvenient to have to go get a money order in order to make a payment. It's 2021, get it together...

I am a Florida resident; Unfortunately the City of Norfolk Courts mistakenly allowed Tiffany and Tiffany, P.L.L.C to file for garnishment and is garnishing my wages per client (Atlantic Anesthesia, Inc.) and I'v never heard of them. Florida stat; 55.501.Bottom line is that the garnishment on the Virginia judgment does not comply with The Florida Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act (FEFJA) which is set forth FS 55.501, et seq. In short, the judgment must be registered with the clerk of the court and recorded in the public records of the County I live in before they can enforce the judgment in Florida. There are procedures required of the clerk to let you know when this happens... These companies are practicing illegal, unlawful, fraudulent procedures to take advantage of anyone for there COVID-19 Scam to benefit themselves. If you find yourself in this situation please contact your local law enforcement and a lawyer right away.

When I want bulk trash removed, the City of Norfolk has an easy website to facilitate the pick up. When one has to pay personal property taxes and renew one's tags, easy, convenient center at City Hall to kill two birds with one stone. But to pay a traffic ticket? Well General District Court not only wishes to punish you with hefty fines, they make you endure a labyrinth of confusing state websites, customer service people who are rude and condescending, I find it interesting that Most of Norfolk's government services are friendly, helpful, and pleasant. Even the Men in Blue are a professional, effective police force. Why is it that the Norfolk General District personnel are such douches? If I could assign negative stars, I would.

Incredible.. Every Employee I encountered was extremely helpful.I was outside the Courthouse by 7:30am 8-29-2016.Even Employees walking into work stopped and answered my questions patiently and kindly.My emotional imbalance due to having my Son incarcerated over weekend was for myself extremely difficult.. Everyone custodial; law enforcement; Clerks of the Court; Judge were extraordinary..I cannot thank you enough City of Norfolk for during I know in my 30 yrs of residence here one of the most traumatic experience I have been through in your Commonwealth..The Bailbondsman who patiently worked with me.For a system I have never experienced nor would I want to be in this emotional situation I was treated with respect and kindness.Thanknnyou eternally
