I had the pleasure and honor to have Shelly as my waiter. We hit it off immediately! She was pleasant, professional, entertaining and just an all around great person! She has a great personality. I enjoyed my food, our laughs and our lean on me flashback lol
Ordered curbside. Got there before the order was scheduled to be ready. However, somehow my Colorado Omelet didn't appear to be fresh. Although, I know that had to cook the eggs at least fresh, they were overcooked. Perhaps, it was the hard cheese, overcooked sausage and greasy rubbery bacon that are parts of it that made it even more unappealing. Was to come with Salsa and Sour Cream, as well as pancakes on the side. None of which was in the order when I got home. My grandson had a kids breakfast. His Bacon was rubbery and flimsy as well. His breakfast came with 5 silver dollar pancakes,, so at least I was able to eat a couple of his to complete my meal. Tried to call in to let them know a couple times, but there was no answer. Perhaps a quality check is in order for this kitchen.
Me and my buddies went over there one morning. The best part was the customer service. The person serving us didn't just gain information from us. She did so while also having a conversation with us. That is the best type of service you can get in a sit down restaurant. One of my buddies ended up trying something different that day cause of it. The food was decent but not mind-blowing which is the only thing holding back this reviews star count.
Dirty table, foreign object in my food.
The purpose of curbside is for the server to bring you your food to your car. After call several times and no answer. I decided to go inside to get my food and still had to wait. Like wtf, the waitress was the Hostess. Straight ridiculous. Hire some help and get better customer service!!!!!!
