I would give more stars if not for the check in. There was someone at the front desk when we arrived. However we received no greeting at all. No smile or hello or any acknowledgement. After a minute or two another person came out and checked us in. She was very nice.nIt's possible the first person was maybe auditing. Some type of greeting or acknowledgement would have been nice.nThe room was very nice and comfortable.

How was Courtyard by Marriott Harrisonburg? Not that great. No bar, the bistro only open 3 nights each week? We almost checked out within 5 minutes of checking in. We will not stay a second night as planned. I expect more than just a bed with clean sheets from Marriott.

What more can you ask for in a hotel. Awesome rates, clean, quiet, and friendly staff. I stayed for a week and don't have any complaints. I will be back on my next trip to Harrisonburg. Thank you to everyone for making it a great stay.

This is a great hotel and the staff was amazing both at night and the morning. I’d like to personally thank the Guest Service Manager, Carolyn. This will definitely be my stay every trip to Harrisonburg.
