Made reservations that morning knowing we would get in late 2am. Get to the Hotel and get our key and the room we went into had TV on food and drinks and beds unmade, obviously occupied. She proceeded to tell us “the computer says it’s empty” She proceeds to tell us that she has no the rooms and “there is nothings she can do”. “You can drive to the other one a few miles away and see if they have a room” it’s 2am by the way. Never once apologized or anything. Looking down to the counter seeing the guarantee 100% satisfaction, what a joke. I will never be back to a Hampton Inn again. The hotel looked clean and like it would’ve been great
Nice big room with two very comfortable full size (double beds) beds. Evening staff very nice ( we came in late) and check in was hassle free (super easy). Morning staff friendly and helpful. Fitness center is open 24 hrs a day by appointment (COVID) and has a treadmill, elliptical and cycling machine and some weights. The pool is closed. Very reasonable price and a clean room. Facilities well maintained and just of I 81.
Spacious room, excellent service from a friendly staff. Only access to rooms was elevators on the center of the motel. The tv didn't have any premium channels and was too small for the size of room it was in. Breakfast was free but the typical faire. Enjoyed my stay overnight but for a longer stay I'd look for a different place.
Clean. Quiet. Hotel attendant was super friendly. Enjoyed our night here.
Staff was amazing and friendly. Hannah was an excellent host! Any questions/problems I had were solved.
