The owners are too invested in people’s personal business and the place is ran down filled with roaches and bedbugs. They charge you apartment prices monthly when the place is not even worth it. The owners are also rude and talk negatively to their customers. Beware of this place!!!!!

Bedbugs and roaches. Potholes in abundance in drive and parking areas. Glad I didn't pay for a room here.

There was no cable in the room the painting and the drywall work we're not even completed in the room, and the room was filthy, and it was $200 just to stay there one week it was ridiculous! The potholes in the driveway and parking lot are large enough to cause serious damage to your motor vehicle. The hole place was dirty! It was a terrible experience in all, to say the least.!

Lived here for 14 months. Cheap, and the owner is very nice. Pay weekly between $150 and $260 depending on the size of room and availability. I would recommend bringing your own bed if you can, or asking for bedbug sheets if you sleep on the bed here. And ask specifically that the carpets be washed before you check in. Very close to the pilot travel center and the 81.

Terrible. They don’t fix anything wrong with the rooms. The stove didn’t work the carpet was in shambles there were bed bugs. The door is warped from police kicking it in so many times and the door knob is a pop lock and not a traditional turn lock. Don’t stay here at any cost.... go down the road to the economy inn at least there you get what you pay for. The owner/manager Larry Simpson is a pot bellied slum lord and all him and his nasty family do as far as “work” is snoop through your stuff when you’re gone and take what they want. Awful place!!! if I could give it ZERO stars I would.
