I would definitely stay here again me and my family stayed for two nights. We got at the hotel a little early but they were ready for us the staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice .The front desk lady was very professional and helpful.

My Diamond in the rough. Check-in and check-out were wonderful and the staff was friendly. Room was a total surprise. Bathroom was clean and nice. The room was also as expected and clean.

Staff was very nice, the room was small and it smelled like something was dead next door, we stayed 5 hours and had to leave because of the smell

The receptionist Lauren was great. She was professional and courteous. She we t out of her way to accommodate me and my girlfriend. I was afraid to travel during a pandemic. Lauren help make our experience great.

We booked a room here and upon our arrival they could not figure out how we paid $119 for a suite we booked ! We drove three hours with three adults and four kids expecting two queen beds and a pullout ! They had us down for two queens which was $77 a night so how they charged $119 is beyond us and they couldn’t figure it out. No problem we will just get a refund or put $40 more on for two $77 rooms. We were denied both!!! To keep from wasting our hard earned money, we had no choice but to allow them to put us in the Ramada behind this hotel .. see pics below of only some of what we experienced. Not to mention I sneezed and suffered a headache and eyes itched all night from dust and whatever else ! Heard the three hotels(beside each other) were owned by the same person this is why we were able to just be placed at Ramada behind them . Calling corporate in the morning and taking more pics!!! —it won’t let me post pics of the dust , kitchen with no pans, paper towel, etc. rust in the freezer, steps looked like trash juice was wasted on them from! WiFi was a NO GO! Slept real tight in full beds they called doubles .. visible stains in chair and bench in the room.. sprayed room down with my own disinfectant.. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! We should’ve AT LEAST been allowed to add on to pay for two $77 rooms at microtel
