You can't beat the price, my fiance and I stayed for one night and it was only $45. The lady that checked us in was very nice and very efficient, she checked us in quickly and was very friendly while doing so. The room we stayed in was very clean and it was stocked with everything we needed, towels, soap, shampoo etc. The rooms are on the smaller side but still plenty of room that you don't feel crowded. Blue Ridge Inn is definitely a place that we would stay again and again, because of the clean rooms, friendly staff and especially the price!
ZERO STARS! The lady was pleasant until the 3rd day. We had wanted to stay for a week and when we went to pay on that 3rd day, she stated that once she checked the room, she would decide if we could stay (this was at 10:30 am). We had not made the bed at that point, and she said it was very untidy and she no longer wanted us there. I truly believed that she judged us (2 forty year olds needing a roadside motel, obviously white trash,) and thought us to be beneath her. A message to Wendy K. Hudson: Treat everyone you see with respect, never judge. You don't know what others have been through. And please understand that Karma always comes back around.
I absolutely love this motel! Ive been going here for years. And will continue to choose this motel over any other one in town.
We had a lovely stay. Very clean and quiet. Very friendly, too.
