Bad experience. Daughter's merchandise was given to someone else, after she had the ticket. When asked no one knows nothing. They do not remember selling it. I think it was an inside job. Some one knows something. It was a cedar chest half price of $75. We talked to the manager about it. The older white lady who stands at the carts she remember seeing it. She said it had an orange ticket on it. I think she has her favorite people that she looks out for, knowing it is not right. Also, she tell lies. Told manager several lies. She did not see a cedar chest and then said she did. Observing her she is sly and conniving. She deals with her special people I think. For that reason, she needs to be removed. A small white lady kept looking at chest but we had the ticket. It was not called over intercom. We had the big ticket. But, small tickets was on the chest. I say, inside job. No one knows nothing. How did that big chest slip by everyone. Inside job. White older lady standing at door knows more than she is telling. Buddy system. Wrong! We want to be treated fairly!!!!!!!!!

Can be quite packed sometimes. All stores here are very professional. The employees are knowledgeable about current sales they keep up with. If you have any questions they always have the best answers. Keep up with expertise. A mighty big thank you to you guys! Especially Ale Works!
