Great selection of flooring and furniture and reasonably priced. Friendly staff
I've used them at least twice in the past, to acceptable result -- well, they installed the wrong carpet one time -- so I suggested my wife go by to look at carpet for our basement. None of the employees were wearing masks, nor did they put on masks when she walked in with one on. The woman stood close to her without a mask but was not helpful in explaining carpet selections. Disappointed. We'll take our business elsewhere.
My wife and I would like to give a huge thank you to the Strickler team! We had a carpet “emergency” and they were able to help us quickly. The friendly atmosphere and professionalism were greatly appreciated during a time of high stress for us. We will absolutely be recommending them in the future.
Great customer service
My husband and I had a wonderful experience! We had gotten a puppy last year which chewed a hole in our carpet in our master bedroom. He chewed all the way down to the subflooring and also started to chew a small hole in our guest bedroom. I was referred to Strickler Carpet. They had a repair man out to our house with in less than a week to repair it. It looks amazing and you can’t even tell our puppy had chewed any of it. I totally recommend!!
