Pet Paradise

I’ll start by stating that I’ve been a customer of Pet Paradise in Carrollton for about 2 years now. And I’m going off the overall experience I’ve had at the place.nThe front desk greeting/helpfulness is hit or miss depending on, I’d imagine, the person on duty. Overall they have been if not warm and welcoming, but reasonably accommodating.nThe point at which my overall satisfaction started to suffer was when I started noticing materials supporting very partisan agenda appearing at the front desk. I am all for freedom of speech, and I can’t say I personally was offended to the point where I’d stop going there as a customer, but I was puzzled why a small business would want to risk losing or offending at least 50% of their clientele at this hyper divided day and age.nThe tipping point for me came when mask mandate was introduced, and all customers were required to wear a mask inside, the personnel of the store still refused to wear masks, even when helping customers, potentially putting their customers at risk. Not only it’s dangerous and disrespectful, but it also makes you wonder what other safety and public health standards might be considered “optional” at this Pet Paradise. What other safety or sanitation requirements might be violated? Anyway, pets can’t go on Google and leave a review about how they are being treated, and so, I’m afraid I lost my confidence and won’t be supporting this place of business any longer and won’t hesitate to advise others against supporting it if asked.nAnother consideration I’d like to add, I know that this is the time when a lot of small businesses are struggling because of the COVID restrictions, and I try to be a supportive customer whenever I can, but in this case I will be turning to online retailers. It makes no sense why any business would be so careless about keeping their customers.

It was my first visit as I just moved to the area, and I was very impressed by the variety and uniqueness of the products available. I was making a purchase for my cat's birthday and had a hard time deciding what to pick! Really neat pet supply store!

Fantastic gem in Carrollton. Clean, well stocked. Lovely Staff. Would like to see a little more selection for birds.

Nice store. Excellent selection of anything you would want for your pet.i was glad to find they stocked a brand of food I normally can only get on line.

This is truly a Pet Paradise. They have a plethora of goodies for your loving pets. The pricing is amazing for everything, and you can always be sure to catch a sale.
