My first visit here just blew me away. I am a long time fish hobbyist of both fresh and saltwater aquariums and was very please with the health of the plants and animals here. They have an amazing variety of livestock and supplies and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a long drive for me but I will be back SOON.

Staff was less than friendly. When we walked in...none of them were wearing mask (nor did it seem like they required their regular clients to wear mask). Other customers raved about the staff's friendliness...maybe it depends on how you look?nEither way, my family and I will not be going back here. We have a store credit (because the store does not give refunds...even for unused/unopened aquarium supplies) but will just count it as a loss...and take my hard earned money elsewhere.

I am a beginner with aquascaping & love this store. The staff are very knowledgeable & eager to assist but not pushy. The selection & health of the fish, tanks & plants is really great. I've been a repeat customer & I haven't even purchased my first fish. What I purchase from this store has been much better than what I've been able to purchase online.

We frequent many aquarium stores in the area but this is the only one I feel compelled to review. Their selection is great and often circulating. Being in there almost every week for a year now I see they consistently take care of the fish and tanks. Their staff is always helpful and will escalate for an answer if they are not sure. We trust this place and the fish they sell. Always use a hospital tank, but from this store we have not had a single problem fish and I cannot say that about any other store in the area we have purchased from. Every store has blights and diseases that come in but at this place you can see they will isolate the fish and tell you they are not for sale until they are sure they are healthy. Now the reason for taking one star off. While the staff is truly always helpful they are not always the friendliest and from observation I think it is because they are constantly being pulled in different directions. Also you will see like any place there are some who are customer focused and some who hide better. They want to help they just seem stressed sometimes. Secondly is the presentation of the store. I feel like their location is barely big enough for what they have and you will see things stacked up at the entrance as well as the aisles are pretty cramped.

Was not pleased with the store. Wasn't very clean and I didn't life the fact that when I entered the store the lady wasn't friendly. I didn't feel like a valued customer who was willing to spend money there so I took my buck elsewhere. I will not be returning to that store.
