I live in a house built in 1952 in the heart of Chester. I had a terracotta drainage pipe collapse. I had hired another local plumber that I had to let go & found Art's Plumbing Service & called. They came out almost immediately, thoroughly assessed the situation, gave me a very reasonable estimate, & was able to fix the problem sooner than expected. I've dealt with so many contractors over the years living in this old house, & unfortunately I've had very few pleasant experiences with them. Art & his crew were like a breath of fresh air! They were very professional, got the job done quickly despite problems encountered due to bad information from the county, and did a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Art's Plumbing Service - I know I'll never call any other plumber again!

Great experience with APS. They completed three plumbing jobs for us in a very timely and professional manner (replaced a garbage disposal, fixed a bad leak by replacing deteriorating pipes under sink, and installed a water line for our ice maker). They gave us a very fair price. They wore masks for us and were very conscientious about being safe during the coronavirus. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.

This company went out of their way to squeeze me in. They were prompt and reasonably priced. The job took longer than they expected it would but still charged the same price that they quoted me. They stayed late to finish job. They were very polite and even cleaned up after themselves. They went out of their way to explain what they were doing. They gave me a one year warranty on what they did. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

When I spoke with Barry, I was told that a plumber would arrive between 1012-2pm. 30 minutes (and counting), no one has contacted me. I called the company (no answer)., very unprofessional. They let me know if they were running late, or if they are show up at all.
