The woman who took my call was very nice. The plumbers were able to come the next day and they arrived on time. They were personable, professional and solved my problem. They were respectful of my house (floor). Maybe not as inexpensive as a real small business, but very responsive and I would definitely use them again.
Company was VERY quick to respond to issues I had with my downstairs HVAC unit. The technician - Joe - was professional and identified / fixed the issue in a short period of time, explaining exactly what was needed in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Colonial Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the area.
This appointment was to do a checkup on my air-conditioning and furnace. I opted for the service agreement. I was pleased with the work that was done. Joe was most courteous and explained all he was doing.
