I was recommended to go here by my father who had gone for PT. I went due to daily migraines and neck pain. Bernadette did my assessment and consultation and she was amazing. She was very thorough and listened to my complaints. She explained things to me in an easy to follow way and even started me off with some exercises during my consultation appointment. She printed off pictures and instructions so I could do them at home. Every person I met there has been nothing but kind and friendly to me. I switch between Bernadette and Brian during my appointments. Brian always encourages me to do my best but never pushes me to do things that might hurt too much. He makes casual conversation during our time together which really makes the hour go by quickly. He always asks how I’m doing outside of PT and if my symptoms have gotten better. There are several students interning there and you somehow end up being attached to them as well and hate to see them leave. I honestly hate exercising but I do enjoy my time spent at Select PT. My headaches have been reduced greatly and it has surely increased my quality of life. I definitely recommend them to anyone with any type of problem that can be solved with PT and I will be sure to see them again for any other problems I might run into!

Select physical therapy group has caring therapists that listen to your input and work to make your life better. You have to do your homework but if you keep doing what these therapists suggest you will get better. If there was anyone out there that needs physical therapy this is the place to go.

I have been going to Select Physical Therapy for a couple of months, the staff are terrific. Everyone is so caring, knowledgeable,and a team. They take time to explain any questions or issues you may have concerns about from the office assistant to the therapist. Kudos

The staff at Select Physical Therapy in Colonial Heights, VA are truly the best! From registration to check-in to the actual appointment, their attentiveness to the patient is outstanding. I enjoy visiting the facilities because the staff is so friendly and always show that they care. Everyone is extremely pleasant and always greet you with a smile! Thank you to entire team/staff at Select Phyisical Therapy!!!!

Over the years I have been to Select in Colonial Heights for physical therapy.. I am so favorably impressed by the staff there. When I have a question, they have answers. When I need a good laugh, someone is ready with one. (That doesn't mean they aren't professional. They ARE!) I have always been impressed by the credentials of the therapists at Select. These folks have worked hard to earn the right to do the important work they do. When I walk, I am greeted by pleasant, competent, energetic, kind, concerned people who take their work seriously.
