Neat historical place. Went there to but a 19th century claw foot tub..they were filming a show for Travel Channel.
A diamond in the rough. reminds me of Drayton Hall in Charleston. It has so much of its construction detail to enjoy without the clutter of furnishings.
We went to hear Virginia opera showcase. Nice intimate setting for a free show.
Great tour. Very historical.
Llimited visiting hours. Revolutionary war site.
