I recently purchased a Ford Escape from Chuck and the crew at Harrisonburg Auto outlet. I have to say it was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. Chuck went above and beyond to make sure our car buying experience was the best. He went as far as to buy my wife and I lunch when we were waiting on the bank to call back. I have to say I have found my new car guy from now on. Do yourself a favor and go see chuck and the crew. They will treat you right.

Sold me a lemon at the beginning of the pandemic.nnLong story short, I worked as a delivery driver, my car died and I quickly needed a new one. Found a 2010 Mazda3 in April that seemed decent here. The salesperson who sold it to me was extremely impatient, and gave the impression that I was wasting their time trying to inspect the car. He gave me his word for a couple of repairs they would do, and I bought the car.nnIt took them an entire month for them to do ONE of the things they promised (patching cracks in windshield), and this was after texting them and calling them multiple times (the person who finally agreed even asked me if fixing despite being promised). Meanwhile, within that month's time, the valve stem for the front left tire completely shot out, causing me to pay 100+ dollars to get it fixed (they said they would go 50/50 on it, but never did).nnAs if this wasn't bad enough, about a month and a half after getting the car (after their extremely limited warranty expired), the transmission blew. I had to spend over a thousand dollars to get it rebuilt, and I'm still paying this off to this day.nnDo not take your business here. They do not keep their word, they are rude, and they took advantage of my desperate situation in the midst of a global pandemic. They will take your money and run. Utterly gross business ethics.

We bought a very nice and smooth Kia Rio here. Sale went smoothly, Chuck and Sean were very professional and so helpful. The experience was amazing. thank you so much for everything. Totally recommend to buy a car from there.

I recently purchased a 2013 VW Passat from Harrisonburg Auto Outlet and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The staff, and owner Chuck, were incredibly helpful and transparent throughout my experience with them. It’s been the best place I’ve ever purchased a car from.
