Pretty great campground for a local business.nYou're right next to the creek. Scenery is beautiful. Especially this time of year with the leaves changing. Within 100 miles from Washington D.C. & about a 40 minute drive to the Front Royal Skyline Drive Entrance via I-81/I-66. The bathrooms are very nice, not too long ago remodeled. Definitely worth the price you're paying. Camp Hosts are very nice and will talk forever if you let them.

We stayed 2 nights here in super space #13. There isn't much info online so I wanted to put some out there. Site 13: if you're in a driving RV you can pull right in your updated water, electric, and sewer are to the left so your camper door is facing the creek and deck. If you have a tow behind thats more than 15' or longer tow vehicle you will have to back it in. There is a sewer clean out and water/electric by the deck but water and electric was turned off. The campground is small, quiet, flat, and decent gravel. The creek is nice but not easily accessible and no fish. Ducks are cool. There was no one in the office all weekend and never saw the camp host. Had to ask another camper for wireless password. The Edinburg Mill restaurant and museum are fantastic.nnIf you're going here DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS! When you get to the stop sign on Rt11 after exiting Rt81 your gps will tell you to turn left. Ignore that and turn right. It will reset and take you to the road through a neighborhood which is much easier. We made the mistake of going with gps and almost got stuck on this insane small street between buildings.

We were here for a quick overnight from our drive home to Philadelphia from our vacation in the Smokies but check in was easy, the bathrooms were super clean, the site was average, and it was nice and peaceful being on and listening to the river. This was also fairly close to the highway so we did not have to go far out of our way to get back on our way north the next morning. I would recommend this campground if you are in the area!

Great spot, full hookups, clean restrooms, great service. Had a perfect spot with the creek 10 ft from the spot. Nice white noise provided by the creek. No store on site, only firewood available to purchase. There's plenty of stores within a 10 min drive. Will definitely be going back. Kids loved it. They were in the water all day. Word to the wise, if you make reservations online, follow it up with a phone call.

Great campground. Very easy checkin/checkout. Roomy sight right on the water, very easy to set up and level, clean bathrooms, nice location. This was our first stop on a 2-wk roadtrip. Remnants of a hurricane rained out our first day, so it was very muddy. But hey, it's camping. I would definitely recommend this campground and will come back if we're going in that direction again.
