They lost the blouse to my suit. They gave me a small CREDIT. I USED THE CREDIT TO CLEAN MY HUSBAND’S SUIT. THEY LOST MY HUSBAND’S BEST SUIT. PLEASE DO NOT CARRY ANYTHING VALUABLE TO JOHNSON CLEANERS IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS VA. I HAVE LOST 450 DOLLARS WORTH OF CLOTHING DEALING WITH JOHNSON CLEANERS IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS VIRGINIA. The next day I returned to the cleaners and talked to the owner. He was nice and is paying for the replacement suit .However, that does not pay for the damages ,anxiety, and sentimental value of my clothing. Remember, people are trusting you with their clothing!

Someone decided to wash a tuxedo shirt with pins in it, which left permanent holes in the shirt collar. Along with this, they gave us the wrong tuxedo and argued with us when we told them it wasn’t ours. Couldn’t recommend this place even to my enemies.
