Lucas McCall - State Farm Insurance Agent

Problems getting state farm to settle claim on car that was damaged in an accident which another driver is at fault. Called and sent email expressing need of help from our agent Luca's McCall. He never responded!!! So guess what! We have 2 cars and a home with Mr.McCall, and he just lost them all!! I will never do business with McCall or state farm again this incident was a cluster F_ _ _ _ from the beginning, the lost the car, because the agent never set up pick up. Then set it up with the wrong address, had car detailed and on auction block without permission, stole money out of vehicle as well as other things. And never had permission to touch the car other than pick it up and decide if totaled or not.nWorse company and agent we have ever dealt with!!
