Very clean and well stocked. Ssles people are helpful if you need help and go ask them. I did have to wait for supplies to be brought down from high stock shelves but that wasn't unexpected. The cashier also helped me out with no issue on a price match items. I will be back to this store.

The grooming salon is 5 star, the store is 5 star. Always clean and the workers are so nice. Morgan in grooming absolutely amazed me with her skill on my dog! I’ve only had the dog for a month now after being rescued and she was so gentle to him and took her time making sure he looked perfect! Kobe also loved her which is extra points!

We just adopted Tommy from PetSmart they work with 4paws shelter. What an amazing experience. We are so happy to have him in our life. They were so nice at PetSmart and they gave us a coupon booklet with all sorts of free goodies for our new kitten. I highly recommend them for all of your pet needs. Every time we go in there you always get a warm welcome and excellent service. We just lost both of our cats after 17 and 19 years during the pandemic and it was such a relief to bring new life into our home. All of the employees at the Bourne PetSmart were so nice to us during this difficult time. Samantha is a gem and they are lucky to have her as an employee.
