All I have to say is OMG, this is my second time buying at this store with the same sales person George, he is an amazing human being, he takes his time and knowledge to show you the difference in being comfortable and not so comfortable. Although the difference price ranges you can never go wrong with mattress firm, they have the best mattresses ever, we are not getting any younger and so sleeping comfortable is super important to us. I would recommend anyone to visit Mattress Firm in Colonial Heights, Virginia with the best sales person there, George Whiting.
Nicholas was a great down to earth person. My wife and I went in looking for a specific model of matress our friends recommended. That model was discontinued, but Nicholas pulled up the one that replaced it and after some good conversation, he had a price for the matress and motorized bed frame for us. It was cheaper than I thought and we bought it.
I never had a better experience then I had with Mstttess Firm. The salesman himself was very helpful with everything explaining. I was pleased with the store.
Very friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked it. She didn’t push or rush to make a sale. She was very friendly and professional
