Very pleased with the responsiveness to my somewhat immediate need for my new dog. Follow-up is phenomenal. I feel confident in them as they discuss options available. A great team and glad I found Dr. Higgins!
Even in the midst of COVID I received personal and attentive interactions from the receptionist to the techs and with Dr. Higgins. This was my first visit at Buzzards Bay Vet - coming from Boston for a second opinion; I am extremely pleased to now have a new veterinary home to care for my dog long-term. Well worth the hour drive - which says a lot!
If only COVID would GO AWAY! - Knowing that BBVA can not make that happen, it was truly a fine experience. Ralphie happy? We're happy! Thank you.
I HATE the fact we can't go in and have to hand our babies off. My dogs sometimes give them a hard time so I was even more worried but they did fine (better without me ud83dude12) but I know they in the best hands. This crew doesn't just work with animals they truly love them!! Dr Dana and girls ROCK!!!
