This is the BEST pet store in Harrisonburg, by far. The young woman who works there knows SO MUCH and has given me excellent guidance on my aquarium. The fish are the healthiest and best variety around. And their other animals get a lot of attention and seem much better taken care of than the big chain stores.

Nice local pet store with great and cute animals; however I visited twice within a week or two and they had not restocked the fish food I have been looking for. Overrall it’s a really nice store but the owners and the several workers behind the desk don’t wear masks and didn’t either of the times I visited so beware of that if it’s a concern of yours

Skylar is an exemplary employee. This was my 3rd visit there in the last 3 weeks. She has gone out-of-her way to help me including overnight dog sitting for me while I had to visit the ER.nThere was no need for her to go out of her way like that except she is a genuine animal lover and we are well on the way building a friendship.nI love the fact that she shows her attitude and spunky nature by sporting.
