So far, not so good. Had an appt. at 2p.m., told that I needed to arrive 30 minutes early as new patient. It was 2:20 before I was called.☹ Why are some of these doctors so disrespectful of our time?ud83dude12 Let people know when you are running behind.

I'm generally satisfied with the care I receive from the doctors and nurses, but I have had two bad experiences with one particular receptionist who schedules appointments. If I'm disrespected one more time, I will be seeking medical care elsewhere.

No empathy, I was with then for many years was never able to see a doctor, always with Nurse Practitioner, thank God she is good, but never a doctor was available, today I was denied service because I had a balance of 25.00 dollars, I only had for my copay as I didn't bring wity me my correct purse, offered to pay a portion but they wanted all or I couldn't be seen. They shamed me in front of so many other people. The irony.. after 10 years today I was going to see an actual doctor. Here I am in pain trying to find another place to be seen.

Spoke to a woman on the phone from reception. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. Couldn't be bothered to answer my question and had a terrible attitude.
