Doctor Birmingham by far is the best around! I had two total hip replacements within 90 days and I am almost back to myself as if I never had surgery! Dr. Birmingham tells you what the deal is and I promise you can trust his judgment.

Went on Dec 14th with knee issues, saw Heather Bradbury who is under Dr. Birmingham. She was fantastic, said I needed a MRI to verify that I tore my meniscus, said Dale would call me to schedule and she wrote me a note for work about limiting my walking for a few days. That day was great, receptionist was great, Heather was great, they all should get 5 stars that day.nHere's where it takes a dive- the next day my HR needed clarification on what I could and couldn't do, so they gave me papers for her to fill out. Went back, was told there was a $25 fee for filling out paperwork, I paid it. After I paid it I was told they would call me in 5 to 7 business days to pick up. Well I only needed accommodations for 3 days. I was told to call Birmingham to see if the papers could be filled out earlier. After awhile I spoke with Frank who said it would be 5 to 7 days, so I said nevermind and he said I could call billing, saying I spoke to him and get a refund. I did, they said they'd look into it and get back to me. 2 weeks later I received a bill for $25 for filling out paperwork, I totally flipped out. Called them Jan 4th and explained everything. The woman I spoke to said I didn't owe them after all (duh) and that she contacted Ms. Lewis and she was looking into the matter of the refund and would get back to me. It is now Jan 17, no refund, no call from Ms. Lewis and haven't heard back about the scheduling of my MRI. And my knee hurts. If anyone can recommend a good Ortho that's please not too busy to take care of this let me know.
