We just bought a 2010 Chevy and worked with Candy. She is amazing and was super honest about our used truck. You don’t find that very often nowadays and it was greatly appreciated. The price was fair and she went above and beyond to make sure we were super happy. I will continue to go back for my maintenance and would buy again from this dealer!!

I just purchased a late model GMC pickup truck from Shaun Carmichael @ Strosnider Chevrolet. Shaun is a really nice man, who helped me find the truck that is a great fit for my needs in the price range I wanted. To say the deal was stress free would be an understatement. Everyone at the dealership treated me with respect, and I felt more like a customer they have known for years... Not like the guy who had never been on the lot before that I am. If I need another vehicle in the future, Strosnider will be the first place I visit.

The sales department and finance folks are great. No complaints there. Very friendly, upfront, no BS. They're like talking with old friends. The service department on the other hand is not so great. I purchased a 2016 F350 before it had been sent through their shop. Hadn't even been cleaned and put on the front lot yet. Paid full asking price, never tried to talk them down. I had the truck for a week and asked if they could balance the tires and do a front end alignment. They said yes so I dropped the truck off. It was there for a day and I'm told it's ready to pick up. The service manager then says they didn't do anything to it and if I don't like the vibration or alignment problem then I can pay to take it to Ford for them to fix. Felt like after buying a 52k truck, an alignment and wheel balance was not a lot to ask considering I purchased their extended warranty that's supposed to cover everything.

The experience we received at this dealership was very much appreciated. We were fortunate enough to be helped by Matt. He was very understanding to our wants/needs, professional, and trust worthy. Purchasing a vehicle has always been a irritating and frustrating process but we left this dealership at peace with the decision we made. Thank you for the awesome experience. Matt was great. He was super nice and showed me good cars that worked in my price range. He showed me nothing over my budget or pushed me into a more expensive car/price. Even got some money knocked off the price so that was great! Worked with my situation and was completely understanding and helpful and worked every string he could have to get me into a new car. I’ll def recommend him to anyone asking to buy a car in the rva area!
