My wife and I just recently purchased our son his first dirt bike. David Minter was our salesman, and he did a fantastic job! He went that extra mile to ensure that we could take the bike home ready-to-ride that same day. They were short-staffed and this was a short notice sale. David took it upon himself to move the crate with a forklift. If you are interested in purchasing a bike...... DAVID is your guy. He impressed me so much that we referred a friend to him so they could purchase a bike. My satisfaction with Commonwealth Powersports did not end with the purchase of the bike. After a couples weeks of riding the bike, it developed a few issues.... no fault of the dealer..... but issues nonetheless. I called and spoke with Howard Tarpey. I described the issues and he told me to bring it to him in the morning and he would make it right. When I arrived, I saw a large trailer with auction bikes and was informed by an employee that they had to unload and check them and that they were booked with repairs. Howard came out, looked at my son’s bike and said he would handle it. He said he would have it fixed that day so my son wouldn’t miss a scheduled ride with a group of his friends..... imagine,,,, you are 7 years old and just got your first dirt bike.... you have a group of buddies wanting to meet up and ride together on spring break..... your first taste of motorcycle freedom. Then, you have an issue with a new bike. Imagine the disappointment. Well,,,, thanks to Howard and the staff at Commonwealth Powersports, my son was not disappointed! The bike was not only fixed, they went through the bike to make sure everything else was good. They did this at no cost! I’m sure some will say “They should’ve done the repairs for free,,,, it’s a new bike!” You are correct, but they did it on short notice while being swamped with work,,,,,, all because they knew a little boy wanted to ride with his friends. That is good service!

My sales person David Minter was very helpful in helping me purchase my monkey. He kept me up to date and was very quick to respond through text messages. We did most the paperwork over the phone and just had to do a few signatures at the dealer.nnIn addition David gave me a follow up call a few days later to check how I was doing with my purchase. I expressed interest in purchasing another monkey. They didn’t have one but let menKnow I could order one and gave me an ETA. He also let me know that the new hunter cub was in and piqued my interest.

I bought a 2021 klx 110r and the sales men were awesome and were very helpful during the process the sales men even gave me a run down of the bike .He also gave me his business card and if we had any issues we could give him a call.Over all the service was great and would highly recommend stopping by commonwealth powersports to visit or buy a bike

Wonderful staff and great product line. We have a Slingshot and they have been great with their support of this product line.

This is the worst place!! Horrible Transaction!! We purchased 2 Bikes on 11/19 and we still do not have the permanent tags, registration, or titles. We drove 4 hours there and 4 hours back to purchase these Bikes. They contacted us a few weeks after 11/19 and said they forgot to charge certain fees and asked us for more money and we told them No, this is your mistake. First set of temp tags expired, we complained, they sent a 2nd set of temp tags in December because of still not receiving the permanent ones, they are now expired and still expired as of Today! We have spoken to them several times and they are blaming the MVA which is a lie. We received our stickers and registration for our Truck within 1 week of paying. We have been to the MVA to renew licenses and received them in the mail within 1 week recently. We called and left a message 3 weeks ago, was told they would email us an update... nothing. We are making payments to our Loan and paying for Insurance and we are unable to use our Bikes because we don’t have Legal Tags. We are contacting our Attorney!! I recommend not doing business with this place!
