Bought two vehicles from Mr. Jarman over the last 5 years. Honest guy, decent prices on reliable vehicles. His inventory is largely under $4000, so it's a nice place to go if you want to buy something outright and your funds are limited. ud83dude09nnI'd highly recommend him as one of the most respected used dealers in the city.
