Great experience and super friendly staff. I went in to have my tire looked at to see if it could be plugged. They got me right in and determined that unfortunately it couldn’t. Offered super low prices on a new one. Harry at the front desk was very helpful with providing all my options.

I was so impressed with the way they went about the whole procedure. Cody Norwood my salesman was very informative and through with every detail. The entire sales team did a tremendously AWESOME job and ended up selling me a 2017 Dodge HEMI Challenger R/T and gave me the BEST CAR DEAL of my life. I would recommend to anyone who will listen to bypass the large conglomerate car dealers who only think about THEIR bottom line and not what will work for you. Usually they promise you this and that but fail to deliver. VA Cars Do what they say and will go out of their way to make the deal work for you. GREAT JOB VA CARS!!!

Poor customer service. People there is really rude and disrespectful. They lied on my mother in law about paperwork that they never got her to sign.It took my tags whold two months to come because the title was lost. The manager David at that location was rude as well poor customer service lack of communication. I was hung up on by the another manager because I asked about my tags. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

This place is absolutely the worst. They told me an my entire family that we get free oil changes and free inspection for the life of the car!!!! And they said they never said any of that.. tell me how an entire family is going to hear that then? Any time I go in that place for anything it seems like they just don't do it... I'm considering calling their corporate headquarters and letting them know how I've been treated and lied to. Don't buy a car here don't go here don't associate with the people in this place. All together a horrible experience 1 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone

An outstanding team! Easy to work with. Provide you with payments that you can afford. Able to work with any budget. Will go as far as needed to ensure that you leave with a car. Natalie assisted in my car purchase. She was very pleasant to work with. She was there to guide me every step of the process.
