We moved mid-August 2020 and Ashley was very responsive during the coordination of our move date. The crew who moved us was very careless and quite pompous. They damaged our master bedroom hardwood floor at our new house. We reported to them before they left in which the lead guy was extremely dismissive of it but did fill out the proper paperwork. After 3 emails to the company, we still have NO response!nnWe just opened one of the tv boxes they moved and ... the tv is smashed.nnDo not use them!
